Join us for a profound exploration of self-care and self-compassion in our upcoming 6-week group therapy program.

In our fast-paced lives, it's easy to forget that we are valuable beings who require consistent care and maintenance, just like gardens that need watering and pruning, animals that need walking and feeding, or cars that need oiling, fueling, and cleaning. Neglecting our own needs can lead to greater struggles in our physical and mental health.
In these sessions, we will delve deep into the core aspects of self-care, discussing why it's crucial and providing you with practical tools and strategies to prioritize your well-being.

If you find it challenging to identify and prioritize your own needs, or if you struggle with viewing yourself as worthy and valuable, our group therapy is tailored for individuals like you. We understand that feeling stuck is a common hurdle, but we're here to help you break free from those limitations.
Group Details:
Where: This virtual group meets over Zoom. The link will be provided via email.
When: Starting mid-February on Monday (7 pm to 8 pm), Friday (12 pm to 1 pm), or Saturday (10 am to 11 am) depending on group needs.
Cost: $240.00 total for 6 sessions.
Group Size: Limited to 12 participants.
Minimum Age: 18 years and older.
