Looking for an opportunity to join a fast growing practice?
WPA is a group private practice in Southwest Pennsylvania and we are looking for therapists who are clinically licensed to provide both in person and telehealth sessions.
You do not have to be located in Southwest Pennsylvania to apply, but do need to be currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
Our Ideal Therapist
The ideal therapist would have a niche(s), such as working with children, adolescents, couples, trauma, Art Therapy, EMDR, family therapy, EFT, etc. and be willing to market themselves to help grow their referral base.
Candidates must be independent but collaborative, driven, curious, positive minded, and align with the WPA Commitments. Candidates contract as 1099 Independent Contractor. Compensation is percentage based on income received.

Who We Are Looking For
-
Current State of PA license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, MSN/CRNP

Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Master’s or Doctorate level education

Willing and able to work 10 hours/week or more

A willingness to work some evening and/or weekend hours – which is at your discretion but has continued to be a need of the clients we serve.
