About Me
Life can often be overwhelming and emotionally draining. Creating an inclusive environment is at the core of my social work practice. It is imperative to me that my clients feel heard, valued, and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives. It is through this safe space that we can begin to address life’s challenges.
My goal is to collaborate with my clients in an unwaveringly compassionate and individually tailored manner. As a Licensed Social Worker, I have specific experience working with children, teens and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family dynamic challenges, and life transition, among a variety of other challenges. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help empower my clients to reach their identified goals. I believe that one size does not fit all, so I use an eclectic approach to therapy using tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and mindfulness, among others as needed by my clients.
